Schultz Automotive is a busy, modern, and progressive 6-bay repair facility located in the growing small community of Tavistock. As a proud member of the NAPA AutoPro service network for 17 years, we offer a supportive and stable work environment, with a focus on continuous training and professional development.
We're currently looking for a licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) to join our family-oriented team.

What We're Looking For:
- A positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude is a must
- Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service
- Excellent communication skills, especially when working with the service advisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections using our shop’s technology
- Accurately diagnose vehicle issues across a variety of systems
- Communicate effectively with the service advisor about safety concerns or additional work needed
- Conduct maintenance, service, and repair work on all makes and models
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician certificate
- Trustworthy, motivated, and energetic
- Experience using standard shop equipment (e.g., lifts, tire machines, alignment machines, diagnostic tools)
- Multi-make experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
